Translated by someone who actually speaks English and German fluently. Please note that due to imagery used in songs, which does not always translate as nicely, or words that don’t even exist in the other language, a 1:1 translation would never be possible -__- But I gave it my best shot. I can tell you its better than many many other translations I have seen on youtube. *Note – I think I’d have liked it better if I had put “my alarm clock and I are staying in bed”. The way its translated in the video just sounds stupid to me now.

okay, let me clear up something here; agnostic means that they doubt the existence of god, that there is something, but it doesnt have to be a god, etc (i would know, i myself am agnostic)
und, uhhm wouldnt he say “fick dich” instead of “fuck you”? just wondering
keep in mind that, one, this song wasn’t written by Bill or any of the others, and two, his views might have changed over time. But it doesn’t matter anyway
I’m religious and I love this song. I read a comment on a TH video that said “God was showing off when he created Bill” 
and Bill has stated that he believes in some kind of force, but he’s not sure whether its the same as a religious one. . . and I’ll stop talking now

Technically it means that the person doesn’t believe God’s existence is provable: somebody who believes that it is impossible to know whether or not God exist. an atheist straight up doesnt believe he exists at all. which is what i am, but either way its close enough lol

. . . for style? I do it, too, I like how crosses look, it has nothing to do with any religion what so ever. A lot of people don’t see the cross as religious anymore, especially in countries where religion isn’t that important anymore.
